Succession
One area I find needs a lot of attention in many companies is the idea of succession. They’re not always sure who will take over their business. I can help with that. While I am not a succession consultant, I do know that if the leadership is not effective, it doesn’t matter what your plan is – you won’t get things done. A strong succession plan only works when the people leading the organization are capable of creating clarity, accountability and momentum for the next generation to succeed.
