How They Feel Like They’re Being Led

The higher the leadership role, the less feedback a leader receives. With that said, it is the responsibility of a leader to ask for feedback from their team and use it as a guide to developing their skills. Leaders who actively seek honest feedback create stronger teams, sharper self-awareness and a culture where growth is valued at every level of the organization. Leaders are led by the feedback of their teams.
